Parent Action Committee
The PAC welcomes participation from all families and is always looking for volunteers to help with events, celebrations, and activities. There is no regular meeting, and communication happens over email. The committee helps out in various ways, such as
Serving as room parents (two per classroom) to coordinate classroom-specific events and activities.
Designing and implementing fun activities for the community, fundraising opportunities, expressions of teacher appreciation, and special events.
Serving as a collective voice and liaison to school administrators.

Other Ways to Get Involved
La Casa Montessori educators and administrators believe parents are an integral part of the educational process. Giving is an important way to support the ideals, philosophy, and goals we all share for our children. As a caregiver, there are many ways to be involved, such as:
Signing up to be a chaperone for field trips,
Volunteering in the classroom by giving a presentation or reading,
Bringing an idea to your child’s teacher about an activity or field trip you’d like to lead
Donating a [“Wish List”] item
Monetary gifts to La Casa Montessori School
